My opinion on this book is very good. I like the plot of the story it says it makes you cry but in my opinion I didn't cry at all. The thing is I think David used the same ideas as his other books. But overall I loved this book there is nothing to complain about. Praises for the illustrator is especially high. I adore his style and I look up to Tony Ross as a brilliant illustrator.

So to sum up the book it is amazing and I bet everyone who has read it will agree with me.

I liked this book because it is very exciting and dramatic

This book is about  a girl called Lauren and she goes to the stables. She sees a pony that she likes. Her friends mum(Mrs Parker) won't buy the horse. A new horse arrives and something magical happens.


I really enjoyed this book because it's magical.

I would recommend this book to people who like magical things.

The author is TONY ROSS.

Horrid Henry does not like writing thank you letters but what he does like to do is sit on the sofa and eat crisps ( that is just being lazy!). Why should he thank people for terrible presents? Then he has a wonderful idea - one that's guaranteed to make him rich,rich rich!

I loved this story because it is so exciting.

I would recommend this book to people who like Horrid Henry and cheekiness.

i like this book because its got a lot of action and my favorite part is when they fight the blood shark .

my favorite picture is on the front cover because it has a massive amount of detail.  i would rate this book 100/100

The Iron Man Ted Hughes

The best part of the story was when the iron man was taken into little bits and then taken on a boat to Australia and put back together again so he could challenge the huge space-bat-angel-dragon.

I would suggest this book for 5 and overs.I would rate this book 10 out of 10

Doctor who the silurian

The book is awesome but I recommend it for ages 10 to 14. My favourite part is when the kid is stuck out side and the monster all most catches him.  gift

Mammoth Academy is a club with a mixture of animals like sloths,mammoths and pigs. Caveman invade the land and mammoths are in trouble they think of a way to escape.

Flat Stanley is a funny but action packed at the same time my favourite funny put is when the bulletin board falls on him.My favourite action part is were he trys to get the ring.

CAPTAIN UNDER PANTS

George and Harold write comic books in there bedrooms, they created a character called Mr krupp he is the hero in the book. I would recomend this book to 6+ and adults.

Horrid Henry Robs the Bank by Tony Ross

This book is totally wicked and it will make you ache with laughter.My favourite part is when Henry and his next door neigbour,Margraret, fights over who will be the banker.

I will give this book 10/10 because of how utterly brilliant this book is.

It is  suitable for all age over 2 years old .

Flat Stanley The Great Egyptian Grave Robbery by Jeff Brown

In this book Stanley gets a letter to go to Egypt for a archaeological job. Should he go or should he stay at home?

We like the part when Sir Hawara saw Stanley Lamchop on the wall and thought he was a hieroglyph and followed where he was pointing we recommend this to children any age if they can read and has a good sence of humor. we give this a 8/10 but that is just our opinion. JJJJJJJ

Demon Dentist by David Walliams

I would recommend Demon dentist to all children over 7 who have a good sense of humour.

 My favourite part was when the mysterious dentist came into the school and gave them sweet's, it is a real page-turner. It also has lots of funny made up words.

I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10.   

Judy Moody Gets Famous by Megan McDonald

I love this book so much it is a lovely book i even know it off by heart.I love it because it is full with funny stuff and lots of famous stuff. So get this book. My fav bit is is when Judy moody felt she was as  famous as Queen Elizabeth.

This book is suitable for children 6 and over

George's Marvellous Medicine-Roald dahl

This is a family classic for everyone to enjoy especially when George makes his medicine.I love the part when George makes his Grandma go through the ceiling and how he got those ingredients to make her do that i do not know.That is for you to find out.It is a funny classic by Roald Dahl.


  I would give this book 10 out of 10 it is suitable for 6 years and over(do not be to cheeky after you have read this book)        

dinosaurs love under pants by Claire freeman and Ben Cort

  Dinosaurs love under pants is hilarious. It is full of funny situations were the dinosaurs fight each other. My favorite part is when at night and the dinosaurs fight because of the pants. 

I will rate this story 10/10 i recommend  people who like pants and dinosaurs. 

Frankie's magic football by Frank Lampard

The Frankie's magic football Frankie's I like where charlie save the football but the bit I like the most is where the dog skills the pirate!



I think this book  is year 4 only. I give 10 out of 10

Beast Quest-Spiros by Adam Blade

I loved it because I learnt about the 7th beast because I only knew about 6 beasts of the land.I like it because it has lots of action  






I would recommend it to 7 years plus.I think it is one of the best beast quest books.

I like Frank Lampard  at playing football but the books are better.I like it were they win the world  cup.

The twits is a very funny because  they do pranks on each other my favorite prank is when Mr twit has worms in his spaghetti.It is a very very  very very very very very very very very awesome book.

I love this book because it will make you laugh.I like the part when the storm troopers attack the good guys because the good guys fly around when the bad guys hit them. I'm upsets with the book and you will too!!!!!!!!!!!!

My review

I really love this book so much i read it so much i know it off by heart! It just seems at one moment exotic and joyful then sad and scary. I love this book and you will too!

Suitable for childen 8 and older (even for adults). 

                          I give it a 10/10!!!!!   Brilliant

Friend or Foe by Michael Morpurgo

Friend or Foe is a sad,enjoyable lovely story that makes you feel sad for the characters.

I loved the bit whey`re they find new parents and discovers something,but they thought they were mistaken.

Its sad but you better find out more by reading the book.

The Twits by Roald Dahl

The Twits is a very good book because it makes you laugh. It is full of funny situations where Mr and Mrs Twit are playing tricks on each other. My favourite part is when Mr Twit tricks Mrs Twit into thinking she has 'The Shrinks' because I like playing tricks on my brother!

I would give this book 9 out of 10. It is suitable for readers over 6 with a good sense of humour!

I loved this book because it was really exciting. 

I would recommend this book for anyone who likes bones and adventures!
